I've looked around, and i've recieved mixed answers, so is it possible? I also heard about the free loader, but if I buy a freeloader from America, will i be able to use it for my European Wii?

no.

Wii games are region specific.

Nintendo did this to prevent people from importing games,

among other reasons.

You're correct. You must buy a Freeloader to play games from other regions. There is a Freeloader for Wii already announced and should hit stores in a few weeks.

I don't know much about the Freeloader, but I know you don't want to put firmware updates on your Wii from discs from other regions.

Paper Mario, Metroid and Galaxy all had firmware updates on them, so find this info out first. You can ruin your Wii if you update with the wrong firmware for your region.
