Unlocking Mii Outfit B in Mario Kart Wii?

Alright so I unlocked all the expert ghosts in time trials but, I didn't get the Mii Outfit B. I checked all my times and it seems once you unlock the expert ghost, when you go to choose the ghost you want to race, it shows your time (The one that bested the easy ghost) and then it shows the expert ghost after it. I beat the ghost for GCN DK Mountain and for DS Peach Gardens and I unlocked the expert ghost, but it still shows theirs before mine unlike the others. I looked at my time on DK Mountain and when I raced the east ghost, my time was faster then his AND the expert ghost I unlocked (My time was 02:35.126) and for Peach Gardens my time was (2:16.501) so I had the expert ghost beat as soon as I unlocked them.....but still no Mii Outfit B. Can someone help me out here?

Remember, in order to unlock a character, you must exit the main page and go to the intro page (the one where it says "Press A to Continue") and go back in to your license. It should have a pop up saying you unlocked Mii Outfit B if you really have unlocked all the expert staff ghosts. If not, then I think you need to check up on the net what the expert times are. Compare each courses' staff times to those, and if they don't match, redo the course until you unlock the expert ghost. Good luck

You have to beat the expert ghosts on all races.

Play 5000 online races OR get all expert ghosts. To get a ghost you go to time trials and get the unlock time or better. Here are the times...
