I need help on legend of Zelda twilight princess for the wii!?

Question

So I'm at the part where I'm about to get the third part of the fused shadow I was exploring lake hydra and I decided to ride that evil bird to get to Zoras domain but I didn't realize since I'm in my wolf form I can't go back to lake hydra. I've tried warping everywhere to get back to the castle and the bridge that I fell off of but since I'm a wolf all the places to enter are blocked off by rocks or fences in hyrule field. Please help! I can't see any other way than to start over and since I've worked so hard I would really hate to do that.

P.s. since I didn't go straight to the warp point like I was supposed to I can't use that one to get to lake hydra again. Also I remeber when I left the twilight realms in previous warp points I would turn back into a human but now I can't even though I warp out.

May I recommend turning to human form and, using any means necessary, OPENING those doors blocking your path?

You're not supposed to leave Zoras Domain just yet. Midna should have told you to look under the ice where you would see all of the frozen Zoras, she would then say you should help them out by somehow melting the ice. Warp to Death Mountain where you almost got crushed by that huge lava-rock thing and Midna should warp it to Zoras Domain and unfreeze Lake Hylia by crashing the lava-rock into the frozen water.
