So i know its not worth it but under the circumstances i need to update my wii. It is currently at a 4.1U. but i need it to be the new 4.3. I have tried just connecting it to the internet and updating but i always got a error code. I have a new game, if i put the game into the wii and update it from there with the internet turned on will it brick or will it just delete the old ISO?

You can upgrade from the disk without it bricking your wii. It will however delete the homebrew channel. You can still re-softmod your 4.3u system using one of the game exploits.

it truly is purely my own opinion, yet i could pass with Wii. you're able to no longer of seen the E3 convention, yet you're able to watch it and notice all the video games popping out this 3 hundred and sixty 5 days for the Wii (OMG GoldenEye 007 remake from N64!!!online multiplayer, classic and gamecube controller help zomg) alongside with Metroid different M, Donkey Kong united states Returns, Epic Mickey, Kirby Epic Mickey...i could shop on going. Now on an identical time as you're able to enhance your 360, heres the component. in the journey that your 360 hasnt broken down yet, in case you improve it, it is going to reset the fail fee. people say much less fail fee because of the fact no purple Ring of dying, whether it truly is brought about by an blunders code, and those will stay. wireless is advantageous, useful... yet i purely dont locate it well worth it for one hundred twenty$. shop your usual 360, get the Wii. Oh, edit. Forgot, the Kinect... is rubbish. It cant do something that the Wii cant. No controller sounds advantageous, yet while your truly too lazy to hold a controller, then you truly would desire to get the Kinect and lose some weight

You can update your modded ISOs so that the 4.3 update cannot detect them. Nintendo's plan was just to block the name of the ISOs and edited files, but the hackers just changed the names so that the update thinks they're not there.

I believe the person above has the link to the site that has the updates.
