Uh oh! Sounds to me like it's a connection problem. Don't Panic! Go to the Wii Options menu and check your internet settings. Test your connection a couple of times and make sure that the Wii is getting a good signal. Try the internet channel. If that works, then try the wii shop channel. The shop channel takes a little while to load, so try waiting just a tad longer. Good luck, man!

if it takes too long and you quit in the middle of it then thats why you can't log in

otherwise it's a connection problem if it's a wired conection i dont know but if it's a wireless then get closer or do a connection test if that does not work then call nintendo: 18002553700

happended to me once, just dont panic. simply take off the security settings in you modem/router, id you did and still wont work im sorry no idea what to do
