I own a lot of the games for the wii my best words of advice for the kids that are just getting into is

Marioparty 8: All the children can play it at once and they're simple enough that your 7 year old should be able to play it.

Mariogalaxy: The game just came out and I'm playing it currently. You can either blast through the game without too much effort. The younger ones can play second player and just pick up "star bits" which is very easy for them to do.

Wii sports: It comes with the console when you purchase it. Great for all the kids to play on and even the 3 year old will just like hitting the ball around.

To purchase these games since I don't know what country you live in I'd say look in you yellow pages under gaming or video gaming. Any large entertaiment retailer will have wii's but as of this moment wii's are not usually in stock. You biggest best bet is to buy it online.

Wario ware smooth moves, its just a load of mini games, not difficult to play at all.

Remember you should only be paying £179 for the console, theres a shortage at the moment and people are cashing in and selling them for £300+
