Softmodded Wii 4.3u not working mic need help.?

I have a soft modded wii 4.3u idk what cios im running or anything i just followed this tutorial and it worked perfectly http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LXu_4GlTaPA everything worked fine all tho i got the homebrew channel upside down i dont really care about that. I play COD, Animal Crossing & guitar hero but my mic doesnt work even if i try burning the discs and not use my external hdd . I am using Wii headbanger chat headset. I dont know what to do if anyone can tell me what to do with steps or add me on skype ill apreciate it alot . Thanks in advance.

I agree with the poster above, it's a weird mix of cIOS files, but there's an easier way of getting your Wii back up-to-speed:



1. Grab a copy of ModMii

2. Go to "Download page 2" by entering "2" then enter "wm" to add WiiMod to the download queue and "flow" to add Wiiflow (or another loader if you prefer, Wiiflow is probably the best looking).

2b. Optional download: On the same screen type "USBX" if you want a channel for launching your loader (bypass the homebrew channel). Install the wad it creates along when you install the cIOS wads below.

3. Go to "Download page 4" (type "4") then enter "rec" to add the recommended cIOS's to the download queue

4. Enter "D" to go to the download queue and follow the instructions. ModMii will generate a folder called "COPY_TO_SD" - so copy the contents to your SD card

5. From the homebrew channel, launch WiiMod and install the cIOS files (you MIGHT have to delete the existing IOS in those slots: IOS202/222/223/224/249 and 250 if your Wii was updated via Nintendo update).

6. Try Wiiflow from the Homebrew channel (or the forwarder channel if you installed it).



To fix your Homebrew Channel:

1. Use WiiMod to reinstall IOS58 but DO NOT PATCH IT

2. Re-run the Homebrew Channel (HackMii) installer.



IOS selection:

Normally you can leave your loader on the default IOS (249) but some games need IOS with different features:

CoD - Use IOS250 (which is based on IOS57, otherwise the online wont work).

Guitar Hero and Animal Crossing - IOS222 or 223 (I forget which so try em both) otherwise the instruments and/or Wiispeak stuff doesn't work.

You have an odd mix of Wanin v19 and v 20 cIOS and old Hermes/RodriesMod also.



Wow haven't spoke/heard Spanish for almost 15 years,didn't understand any of it, luckily I know modding Wiis. That guide is outdated, By installing Darkcorp, you put older IOS versions w/old hacks onto your Wii, not to mention it is only any good on old Wii. If you can play games off a Burned disk this WILL stop them from loading using the Disk channel. You will HAVE to use Neogamma or USBLoader GX to play your Burned disk games.



Download ModMii http://modmii.zzl.org/ install it to your computer. It'll put a couple of shortcut on your desktop, run ModMii Skin. Type i agree, yes first time modding/updating, 4.3, U, Pick any exploit other than Wilbrand (won't be using it), 4.3, select any channels you want, No same boring menu, No, leave save spot default, click next and then finish. All the files will download to your computer including a guide.

Transfer anything you have on SD card off to your computer so it's empty, then copy the CONTAINS of the COPY_TO_SD card to Wii SD card should be 9 items. Rename "COPY..." folder to "Wii Mod Files"

Because your already modded, you can launch HomeBrew Channel and start with #4 Priiloader (from the ModMii_Wizzard_guide.html) Once you've finished the guide remove all the files you used from SD card. Run ModMii Skin again, this time choose USB Loader setup + guide. Say HDD WBFS don't want to change, both, it will save to new "COPY..." folder (that's why you renamed old one). Copy the 3 folder to SD card. Get http://usbloader-gui.googlecode.com/files/USBLoaderGX_Installer_v1.8.exe you'll have to have you SD card in your computer and connected to internet when you run it. This puts the newest version of USBLoader on your SD just point it to apps folder on SD. Now copy any programs you saved from SD back to SD card making sure to NOT overwrite the 3 you just put on there, (WiiFlow, USBLoader CFG, or USBLoader_GX). I think I'd only add Hombrew Browser, Neogamma, MPlayer and WiiMC back to SD.



Now that your Wii is up-to-date and properly modded everything should work.

im not sure sorry yet whilst it have been given a usb twine then it may yet lower back i dont have a wii i basically have been given xbox 360 couple of them nonetheless havnt bouht a wii circulate to the keep ask if it has a usb on the mic
