I don't play the wii fit game very often. I do however workout 3-5 days a week doing Pilate's, and balance ball workouts. I use the wii fit more for a scale, however it tells me I have lost 1.5lbs one day and than tells me 6 days later that I have gained 3.3lbs(which Cant be right, seeing as me clothes don't fit and I have gone down 2 belt notches). Can anyone tell me why this is?
Could it be that i have to play the wii fit in order to have correct readings?
someone please help.

The scale on Wii Fit is notorious for giving people wrong readings (people have been asking this since the game came out). I would suggest just buying your own bathroom scale and keeping track that way...

I have unhealthy information and well information. The unhealthy information is that it sort of feels beautiful correct, when you consider that it is constantly inside a pound or 2 of my reference scale on the gymnasium, that is a type of Detecto general practitioner's-workplace scales. The well information. Wii Fit does the whole lot by way of frame mass index (BMI), which makes no difference among fats an d muscle tissue. You lead an lively lifestyles, so your weight is almost always muscle tissue. If you pass by way of BMI handiest, then George Bush is technically obese, however he's stated as essentially the most bodily have compatibility president we have ever had. He has the resting center cost of a marathon runner and physical activities one million-two hours an afternoon. Yes, you've got skinnier peers. You even have peers who reduce, or binge, or do medicines. A healthful frame has a glow approximately it that the stick-determine malnourished professional-ana straw-haired sallow-skinned all-knees-and-elbows forms will by no means have. And that is lovely.

Yes, It's completely normal to gain a few pounds when one starts working out or makes a big change in routine, even if your cloths are looser. One's body reacts to change by gaining muscle quickly - it would often happen with my students when they start, and it can seem frustrating, but really it's how you feel (and how your cloths fit, right?)

Going up and down a few pounds over a day is normal too.

I'd check the little balance board feet, make sure it's not stuck on anything. But you are probably fine, and will notice a weight drop in a week or two. It's just your body adapting.

Congrats on losing two belt sizes! Sounds like you are on the right track.

Well, your weight changes all the time based on water weight and stuff, but my wii fit scale is usually a few lbs off of my regular scale too.
