the guy above me is right. ONLY the port closest to the right(when its standing up) will work. i would suggest getting a bigger flashdrive or just go all out and get a 320gig HDD.....or whatever size.

All you had to do was create a WBFS folder and put the WBFS games in it, also the flash drive should be in USB port 0

First make sure you have the newest version of USBLoader GX 2.3 r1123 http://usbloader-gui.googlecode.com/files/USBLoader_GX_V2_3_AllinOnePackage_IOS249.zip
Secondly DGN is right you no longer need to format the drive to wbfs just use windows or EASEUS Partitiion Master to format it back to fat32 and make a folder called wbfs (all lowercase). Get http://www.wiibackupmanager.co.uk/downloads.html to transfer games.
FYI copied from changelog new in 2.2 released 6-29-11
Real support for simultanious use of both USB ports without switching the 2nd drive temporary off. (Requires Hermes cIOS or Rodries MOD of the Hermes cIOS (recommended)) (thanks Rodries)
Most people don't set it to load using 222 but both USB ports can work at the same time.......
