very weird. They just stopped working. the four dots at the bottom flash whenever I punch a button, but there seems to be no response from the console.

I changed the batteries several times and I'm getting the same response--plus this is happening on both controlers.

I tried resyncing...no luck Any thoughts?

Aw man, that sucks! Try this:

1. Turn off your wii completely and remove the batteries from your wii mote

2. Put back in the batteries in your wii mote

3. Turn the Wii back on.

4. When it says "Press A to continue", Press A....obviously :)

5. If that still doens't work, keep trying to re-sync it by first holding down the SYNC button on the Wii and the SYNC button on the wii mote at the same time. Hold it for about 6 seconds, and that should work.

Good luck, bud!

That happened to me two times. To fix it I turned my wii off for aboyt 5 minutes and I turned the wii one.And then I clicked on the A button on the wii-mote and the wii-mote started to work again.

You should try this.

There may be an article about this problem on nintendo's wbsite, and you may want to check your Wii's user manual for more information about this problem.
