iOS7 is available for iPhone 4 or later, iPad 2 or later, and iPod Touch gen5.



No other iPod Touches before gen5 will be able to install iOS7.

Sad to say, there is no iOS 7 for iPod 4th generation. Just for the iPod 5th generation :/

The processor in the iPod 4th Gen just isn't fast enough for what they're doing in iOS 7. If you could put it on there, it'd be too slow to use.
