Is it only limited for pre-orders, or is there a date when it will stop being sold? (I'm talking about the gold wii remote with built in motion plus, the game itself, and the soundtrack).

its not limited to pre-orders. There isn't a date for when it will stop being sold but i think stock will run out in 2 or 3 months
