Is there going to be a new Nintendo system after the 3dsxl ?
Should I wait a bit or buy the 3ds XL now ?

Nintendo won't be making another handheld for a while; they're very focused on making the Wii U better, so I think you'd be safe buying a 3DSXL. Even if they do make another handheld soon, the 3DS already has tons of great games to offer. It'd definitely be worth it.

I don't think Nintendo will be releasing a new handheld system for about another 3, maybe 4 years. The Nintendo 3DS has only been around for a little over 2 years now. I don't know if they'll make a newer version of the 3DS, though. What other version could they possibly make that would be better than the 3DS XL? I think it is safe to buy the 3DS XL if you want it now.
