Where do I download the Ocarina Cheat Code Manager?

Can somebody give me another link other than MediaFire? I click on all the links going to the MediaFire page for the Cheat Code Manager download, and it shows my previous downloads... it doesn't show the code manager anywhere? Can anybody tell me another source as to where to download the Cheat Code Manager other than MediaFire?

I don't know either but... When I look at You-tube they will say to go to http://gbatemp.net/threads/ocarina-code-manager-for-pc.129366/ Then when you get on there you click on http://wiird.l0nk.org/ocarina.zip

Then you need to sign up or login to it where you can get the cheat code manager. Here is the cloud flare link https://www.cloudflare.com/index

Because when you click on http://wiird.l0nk.org/ocarina.zip It will have a dns resolution error. So then it links Cloud Flare.
