My Wii wasn't able to read "Mario Party 8" disc, WHY?

Question

I have the latest version. This game is made in USA. And I saw in back of case "IMPORTANT: Read the Wii Operations Manual completely before setup or use of your system." I really do not get it. I looked up for Wii Operations Manual thing and I can't find it on my Wii Options. I tried to return it and they won't let me cause the seal is broken. Please, help me to solve this problem.

Mario Party 8 is on a dual layer disk unlike almost all other games and many Wii's having issues reading that particular game especially as the laser lens beings to age. There is no easy fix to get the game to work.

The CD's either broken or you inserted it the wrong way. Title or cover should be facing the right and don't push it in. Hope this helps.

Well, it could be damaged or just scratched..I don't know any other reason why, unless your Wii is somehow malfunctioning.
