How do you get a NES console in Animal Crossing?

I'm wondering how you get the NES for Animal Crossing. I never found one...

I'm talking about Animal Crossing, for the Nintendo Game Cube. NOT the DS or Wii. And don't tell me to go to some random GameFaq answer because I don't give a crap about that.

You can win them in a raffle at the end of the month like at Tom Nook's store, or sometimes your neighbors will bury them around town, you've just got to check the board.
