Is my Wii Fit disk broken?

I think my Wii Fit disk is broken..D;

I've had it for a while, and when I first got it, it was perfectly fine. Then, I didn't touch it for quite a while and I tried it today, but it WOULDN'T WORK.
It kept saying, "Error reading disk...blahblahblah.."
I ejected the disk, turned the Wii off, and I put in my Wii Sports. That one worked fine.
So I ejected that disk (yeah same procedure) and I tried my Wii Fit again. It didn't work. It said that same error thing. I took the disk out and wiped it with a smooth cloth (I didn't wipe it in a circular motion cause it said not to on the troubleshooting guide). There are no scratches on the disk either!

Check with Nintendo before doing anything...it could be the disc, it could be the console. I'm not sure if Wii Fit is a "dual-layer" disc, but if it is, some dual-layer discs have had a little more difficulty being read consistently. Super Mario Galaxy is an example of this. If you contact Nintendo, they might be able to repair or replace.

upload slightly extra info please... i do no longer understand particularly honestly. and that i presumed that it grow to be incredibly obvious which you purchase a clean disc. except you're meaning which you do no longer understand what to do in case you desire all your different Wii memory and profiles back. properly each and each disc does not carry memory. each and each wii has a gadget memory the place all your interest memory is saved so your different wii fit memory is lost. i desire this helps.

i also had this problem you wii fit game software is having a problem that can not be solved or fixed. if you want to continue playing wii fit you will have to buy a new wii fit game. but make Shir you do not delete you wii fit data or you will have to start all over agin.
