Wii CIOS? i dont understand this? HELP!?

i downloaded the CIOS rev 14 thing.dol and i load it up and it asks what IOS you want to install (IOS249, IOS250, etc). Which one should i download? Also i tried IOS249 and it said ERROR! (ret 1). I have wii 4.0 Please Help!

Go to www.wiihacks.com. Trucha bug might help but go to that site. It helps beginning hackers like you a lot.

you need to have the trucha bug enabled into one of your IOSes, I forgot which one though
