Okay, so maybe I'm just a caveman, but I don't understand this. By the time I got my SD card, my Wii was packed with Wii games and 5-6 virtual console games(1-4 block games). So I bought an SD card, but now I find out that I cannot buy anymore Wii games, because Wii games can ONLY be played through Wii system memory. Is there a way that I can download my Wii games onto the SD card so that I can play them? I downloaded a couple to it, but when I do they don't appear on the SD card menu. Please help, like I said, I don't understand any of it, and it is REALLY frustrating me.

ruxtonmathhew is wrong, it's a storage solution, your not allowed to bring games from one system to another. Btw, you can only put virtual console/wii ware games onto the sd card.

Did you download any Wii shop games onto the sd card? That might be the problem if you didn't.

You should get the Nintendo DS Lite. I have the Nintendo Wii but, I think you should wait for a while. Not because there aren't enough. It is because there have been a few (or maybe a lot) problems with the Nintendo Wii and the remotes. I presonally am dealing a serious problem with my Wii. So I suggest you to get the Nintendo DS Lite instead and wait to see if the Wii is really well made. Plus, Nintendo is going to make another newer version of the Wii soon. Oh, and Happy Early Birthday!!

The SD card is designed to be used to move games from one console to another... Not as a storage solution.

Check your memory, it may just be hiding, and turn your wii on without the sd card in it to check it again

Hope this helps

You can store games which you are not playing on SD card & then install new games on Wii.

OR Check if your Wii support additional Hard Disc. If it support then I suggest you this Wii Store to buy Hard Disc both used & new available at bargain prices - http://www.gamersht.com

Homebrew your wii. Then use a game save manager to shove everything were you want them. You can then put them on an external hard drive on your wii if you wanted too.
