By brother and I got a Wii for Christmas and he wants the new Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock game for the Wii, but we only have drums for the guitar heroes for PS2. Will my drums work on the Wii?

No, I don't think your drumset will work for the Wii because it was made for a completely different game system. So unfortunately, you will need another one.
