trying to jailbreak ios 5?

i just restored my ipod touch 4g and updated to ios 5.01 and i attempted to jailbreak with redsn0w version 0.9.10b4. Everything works perfectly fine up to the point it says waiting for reboot. the ipod itself turns on but their is no progress on the progress bar. someone suggestd selecting custom ISPW but i havent downloaded any firmware or anything...help please i use windows btw :P

Even though the bar isn't moving, IT IS doing something. Thats the biggest problem that people have when they try to do this. Sometimes it will look like nothings happening or moving but thats the software doing things in the background while the ipod is "off" (not fully off though).



You should leave it, it could take up to half an hour depending on certain circumstances. If you unplug it while its doing something, YOU WILL BRICK YOUR DEVICE and make it non operable.
