The Legend of Zelda: The Video Game for Wii help urgently!?

HI,
i need help for the legend of zelda twilight princess. im at the part in the nature temple or earth temple or sumtin at faron woods i saved the monkeys friend and now i dont no what to do. i also so a door with two locks and a chest with something red on it so im wondering if i need to find the keys for that or something else. i also saw this huge plant 2 of them actually on the right stone door in the middle where you light the torches, so i was wondering how to kill them and theres a chest behind it. i also got that oocooboo thing

Ignore the chest, its a boss key, you need the boomerang. The flowers can have bombs(flower typed things with bombs sprouting from them) thrown into them and then they explode.

you can kill the giant plant things by throwing bombs in their mouths. after they blow up you can get the chest and jump over them to get to other rooms.
